1． 询问做某事的时间（钟点）时，二人可互相替换。如：

2． 询问钟表的钟点时，只能是what time上场。如：

—What time is it now?

—It's nine thirty.

3． 询问事件发生的日期、月份、年份等非钟点性时间时，只能是我——when 上场。如：

—When was your brother born?

—He was born on April 6, 1980.
