(1) “It + be + adj. + for sb. + (not) to do sth.”意为“对于某人而言，做（不做）某事……”，其中it为形式主语，to do sth. 是真正的主语。常用于此结构中的形容词有easy, difficult, hard, possible, necessary, important, usual等。例如：

(2) enough意为“足够的”，可以修饰不可数名词或可数名词的复数形式；enough修饰形容词、副词时，必须置于形容词、副词之后。例如：
We've got enough food at home.
He's old enough to go to school.
3. Most, however, get through their teenager years with the help of their families and friends. 然而，大多数(青少年)是在家人和朋友的帮助下度过青少年时期的。
(1) most可以用作形容词或代词，意为“大多数；大多数的”。例如：
Most students in this class work hard.
(2) get through为“动副”词组时，不及物，意为“(电话)接通；(计划等)通过”；为“动介”词组时，及物，意为“做完(工作)；通过(考试)；度过(……时期)”。例如：
I'm sure you'll get through the exam.
We have a lot of work to get through.
(3) with the help of ... 意为“在……的帮助下”，在句中作状语，也可用with one's help代替。例如：
The old man was saved with the help of the doctors / with the doctors' help.
4. Because I eat junk food much too often. 因为我太频繁地吃垃圾食品。
much too是“实在太；非常”之意，常用来修饰形容词或副词。注意与too much的区别： too much意为“太多；过分”，后接不可数名词或修饰动词。例如：
The students are much too tired because there is too much homework to do.
5. The truth is, even scientists can't agree on why we need to sleep. 事实是，即使是科学家们也不能对我们需要睡觉的原因达成一致。
(1) agree用作不及物动词，意为“同意”。短语agree on意为“对……达成一致意见”，后面常接表示具体协议的文件、计划、行动等名词。例如：
Did they agree on the trip?
(2) agree还常构成以下短语：agree with sb.，意为“同意某人的说法、意见等”；agree to sth.，意为“同意某项建议、计划等”；agree to do sth.，意为“同意做某事”。例如：
I don't agree with you.
