[答] 这三个词组的区别如下：
go on doing sth.常常是指继续且不间断地做某事。例如：
They went on studying till late in the night. 他们不停地学习，一直到深夜。
He went on talking as though nothing had happened. 他继续不停地讲着，仿佛什么事情也没有发生似的。
go on with sth.则意味着一度中止后，又继续下去。例如：
He took a cup of tea, and went on with the story. 他喝了一杯茶，又继续讲故事。
She went on with her writing after supper. 晚饭后，她继续写文章。
go on to do sth. 是指做完一件事后转而去做其它事。例如：
He went on to speak of his work experience. 他转而谈到了他的工作经历。
My parents wanted me to work in the city as soon as I graduated, but I wanted to go on to study law. 我父母想要我一毕业就在城市工作，但是我希望毕业后去攻读法律。
