| Nice to meet you, boys and girls! Do you like eating hamburgers and fried（油炸的）chicken? They are very delicious. 可惜的是，这些都是低营养高热量的食品！它们好吃却不健康，如果长时间吃会损害健康。Don't eat too much, please! We call them junk food （垃圾食品） in English. 如果一个人常吃这种东西，就可以说：He lives on junk food. Junk food is also called unhealthy food （不健康的食物）.
There are many kinds of junk food, such as fast food （快餐食品）, fried food （油炸食品），processed food （用化学方式加工过的食品） and fattening food （令人肥胖的食品）.
If your good friends like eating junk food, you should give them some advice. For example:
A: How many hamburgers can you eat? You've eaten four already. You are what you eat! 你到底可以吃多少个汉堡？你已经吃了四个，吃什么就会变成什么样子哦！
B: Four or five. I live on junk food. 四、五个吧，我靠垃圾食品维生。
A: You shouldn't eat so much. Junk food will make you unhealthy!你不应该吃那么多，垃圾食品会损害你的身体的！ |
