| Easter Day( 复活节) is a Sunday between March 22 and April 25.
在欧美各国，复活节是仅次于圣诞节的重大节日。按《圣经·马太福音》的说法，耶稣基督在十字架上受刑死后三天复活，因而设立此节日。
Many people celebrate（庆祝） Easter Day by buying new clothes. Children celebrate by hunting(寻找) for coloured Easter eggs(复活节彩蛋). In America, children believe the eggs are hidden by the Easter bunny(复活节兔子). 每年复活节的第二天，美国总统都会邀请客人带上孩子，到白宫举行滚彩蛋游戏。People also give Easter baskets filled with candies（糖果） and other goodies (糕饼;糖果) to other people. |
