When a truck containing cattle bound for the stockyards overturned on a Chicago freeway, several of the animals escaped.
    Police cars caught one and tied it securely to a utility pole. Noticing a crowd gathering, one of the officers pulled a card from his shirt pocket and addressed the animal: “You have the right to remain silent...”
